Eligibility Criteria

• Retired officers from TMB or other banks eligible
• Must have retired in Scale III or above cadre
• Preference for candidates with Credit Department experience
• Must have unblemished service record
• Only suitable candidates with strong track record will be selected
• Officers removed/dismissed due to disciplinary action are not eligible

Selection Process

• Shortlisting of eligible candidates
• Personal Interview (Direct or Video Conferencing)
• Interview details communicated individually via email/post
• Final selection based on interview performance

Application Fee

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs on banking products, credit policies, and loan processes
• Train employees on retail, MSME, housing, and personal loan underwriting
• Teach credit appraisal techniques, financial analysis, and risk assessment
• Conduct sessions on documentation, compliance, KYC, and regulatory guidelines
• Develop training materials, case studies, presentations, and assessments
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new joiners
• Monitor trainee performance via tests and assignments
• Provide coaching on customer handling and portfolio management
• Ensure NPA control and recovery awareness
• Coordinate with credit and business teams
• Identify training needs and skill development initiatives
• Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, MIS reports
• Conduct refresher training for policy/product updates
• Support audit readiness and credit compliance
• Any other work assigned by the Bank
