Educational Qualification

- Manager: Minimum 3 years experience in banking (loan sourcing/processing, MSME loans, retail loans)

Selection Process
- Shortlisting of eligible candidates
- Personal Interview (Direct or Video Conferencing)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Acquire new customers and generate business opportunities
- Promote banking products (CASA, loans, insurance, investments)
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products and third-party products
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets
- Handle customer portfolio management and servicing
- Ensure proper KYC compliance and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings
- Maintain customer follow-ups for retention and growth
- Stay updated with banking products and policies
- Assess customer risk (CIBIL, CRILC, Account Aggregator)
- Property and collateral verification (Home Loans via Proplegit)
- Handle SMA 0, 1, 2 accounts and update status
- Any other duties assigned by the Bank
