Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit	18 to 25 years as on 01.01.2026 (Born between 02.01.2001 and 01.01.2008, both days inclusive)

Educational Qualification – Level 5	Graduation in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized university
Educational Qualification – Level 4	Graduation in any discipline / 1st Year B.Sc. (Physics) / 12th (+2 Science) / 12th (+2) with 80 wpm stenography in English or Hindi
Educational Qualification – Level 3/2	12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent, OR 10th with ITI/Act Apprenticeship from a recognized institute
Educational Qualification – Level 1	10th pass or its equivalent examination
Sports Achievement Validity	Only sports achievements after 01.04.2023 will be considered valid
Reservation	No reservation for SC, ST, or OBC categories. All posts are unreserved and merit-based.

Selection Process

All eligible candidates will be called for sports trials to assess performance and fitness.
Trials carry 40 marks. Candidates scoring 25 or more marks are considered “FIT”.
Further evaluation is based on:
- Sports Achievements – 50 Marks
- Educational Qualification – 10 Marks
- Total – 100 Marks
Minimum Qualifying Marks: Level-5/4: 70 | Level-3/2: 65 | Level-1: 60
Merit preference: Younger candidate given priority in case of tie.
Medical Examination: Candidates must be FIT in “BEE-ONE (B-1)” and above category.

Fill up all details, upload latest photograph, signature, Aadhaar, educational certificates, sports certificates, and category certificates.
Pay examination fee online and download e-receipt.
Ensure all uploaded documents are clear and readable. Incomplete or unclear documents will lead to rejection.

Note: No offline or handwritten applications will be accepted. Candidates should keep a copy of the submitted application and e-receipt for future reference.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Selected candidates will be required to submit a Service Bond of 5 years at the time of appointment.
No TA/DA or accommodation will be provided for trials or document verification.
Candidates must bring all original documents during trials and verification.
Incomplete, multiple, or false applications will be summarily rejected.
The Railway Administration’s decision regarding eligibility, trial schedule, and postings shall be final.
Canvassing in any form or influence will disqualify the candidate.
