Eligibility Criteria

• Assistant Manager (Grade A): Graduate/Postgraduate (e.g., BA, BCom, BTech, MBA, LLB, MCA, CA, CS)
• Manager (Grade B – General): Graduation + minimum 5 years’ experience in banking or finance
• Manager (Grade B – Legal): LLB + 5 years’ post-qualification experience in legal roles in banks/RBI/NBFCs
• Manager (Grade B – IT): B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT + 5 years’ experience in AI/ML, Full Stack Development, Infrastructure

Age Limit (as on 14 July 2025)

• Grade A: 21 to 30 years (Born between 15 July 1995 and 14 July 2004)
• Grade B: 25 to 33 years (Born between 15 July 1992 and 14 July 2000)

Reservation Details

• Reservations applicable for UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS categories.
• Reservations also provided for PwBD candidates – including VI (Vision Impaired), HI (Hearing Impaired), OC (Orthopedically Challenged), MD/ID (Multiple/Intellectual Disabilities).

Selection Process

1. Phase I: Online Objective Test (Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, MSME framework)
2. Phase II: Objective & Descriptive Test (stream-specific)
3. Interview: Candidates shortlisted from Phase II will be called for Interview.
4. Final Merit: Based on combined scores of Phase II and Interview.
