Salary, Pay Scale and Perks

• PGT (Mathematics): Consolidated salary of ₹59,500/- per month (except vacation), along with rent-free accommodation within the school campus and free meals with cadets.
• TGT (Hindi): Consolidated salary of ₹56,125/- per month (except vacation), along with rent-free accommodation within the school campus and free meals with cadets.
• TGT (Mathematics): Consolidated salary of ₹56,126/- per month (except vacation), along with rent-free accommodation within the school campus and free meals with cadets.

Eligibility Criteria

PGT (Mathematics)

• Two-year Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. course from Regional College of Education of NCERT or any other NCTE recognized institution in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics with at least 50% marks in aggregate, OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics with at least 50% marks.
• B.Ed degree from a recognized University.
• Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
• Desirable: Teaching experience in Public School, higher qualifications, CTET qualification, proficiency in games/sports and co-curricular activities, and knowledge of computer applications.

TGT (Hindi)

• Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks in aggregate, OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in Hindi and in aggregate, with Hindi studied in all three years.
• B.Ed degree from a recognized University.
• Pass in CTET Paper II conducted by CBSE.
• Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi medium.
• Desirable: Teaching experience in Public School, higher qualifications, proficiency in games/sports and co-curricular activities, and knowledge of computer applications.

TGT (Mathematics)

• Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks in aggregate, OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in Mathematics and in aggregate, with Mathematics studied in all three years.
• B.Ed degree from a recognized University.

Age Limit

• PGT (Mathematics): Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on the last date of submission of application.
• TGT (Hindi & Mathematics): Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years as on the last date of submission of application.

1. Candidates must apply offline only by sending a complete Bio-Data along with one recent passport-size photograph.
2. Self-attested photocopies of mark sheets, certificates, caste certificate, and testimonials must be enclosed.
3. The name of the post applied for must be clearly written on the top of the envelope in capital letters.
4. Applications must reach the Principal, Sainik School Ghorakhal within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
5. By-hand applications are not accepted. Only postal applications are valid.
