Application Process

• Applications must be submitted ONLINE only through the official websites of the respective Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs).
• Candidates must carefully read the CEN No. 07/2025 notification and ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying.
• No offline applications will be accepted under any circumstances.
• Candidates can choose only one RRB and indicate their preference for posts and zones accordingly.
• Multiple applications to the same or different RRBs will result in rejection of all applications.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification for the respective post on or before the closing date (27.11.2025).
• Candidates awaiting the results of their final examinations are not eligible to apply.
• Eligibility is provisional and subject to document verification by the RRB.
• Candidates must meet the medical standards applicable to each post as specified in the notification (A3, B2, C2 as per post).
• All certificates and documents related to age, qualification, and category must be valid and verifiable during document verification.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Crucial Date: Age calculated as on 01.01.2026
• Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India rules for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates.

Reservation Details

The reservation and relaxation in age, fee, and qualification are applicable as per Government of India norms. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories must possess valid certificates issued by competent authorities in the prescribed format.

The dates for CBTs, Typing Test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination will be announced on the official websites of the concerned RRBs.

Important Instructions

• Candidates must read all information thoroughly before filling the online application form.
• All required educational qualifications and documents must be possessed on or before the closing date.
• Candidates awaiting results are not eligible to apply.
• The selection of RRB and post preferences once submitted cannot be changed later.
• Candidates must have an active mobile number and valid personal email ID for all future communications.
• Medical Fitness is mandatory; candidates found medically unfit for the opted post will not be offered alternative appointment.
• Any attempt to submit more than one application will lead to disqualification.

Location and Posting

The recruitment is conducted across all Railway Recruitment Board zones in India. Candidates may be posted anywhere in India as per the requirement of the respective Railway Administration.
