Eligibility Criteria

1. Full-time Regular Four-Year Graduation or Three-Year Diploma in Engineering/Technology with minimum 60% aggregate marks in relevant branches from AICTE-approved institutions.
2. Recognized qualifications also include:
   • Sections A and B of Institution Examinations of the Institute of Engineering (India)
   • Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India)
3. Candidates with training/job/work experience of one year or more after the qualification are not eligible.
4. Candidates who completed their graduation/diploma more than 3 years ago are not eligible.
5. Candidates who completed their education via distance or part-time mode are not eligible.
6. Candidates who have completed or terminated any previous apprenticeship or are currently pursuing one are not eligible.

Age Limit

Reservation Policy

Reservation will be followed as per the Apprentices Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992. In the absence of eligible candidates in the reserved categories, positions may be filled by other reserved or general category candidates.

Upload certificate showing CGPA/percentage and conversion formula (if applicable) as a single PDF (max 1 MB) along with the signed undertaking (Annexure I).

Selection Process

1. Merit list will be prepared on regional/state/location basis.
2. Selection will be based on marks obtained in the required qualification.
3. Preference will be given to pass-outs from Government Institutions.
4. An interview may also be conducted if required.
5. Only medically fit candidates (as per Corporation's norms) will be considered.
6. There is no obligation on RCIL to offer regular employment after the apprenticeship period.

General Terms & Conditions

• Engagement is for a fixed period of 1 year only.
• The number of vacancies and locations are tentative and may change without prior notice.
• During apprenticeship, candidates will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 and organizational policies.
• No additional benefits such as allowances or job guarantee will be provided apart from the monthly stipend.
• Candidature is provisional and subject to document verification at any stage.
• RCIL holds the final authority to accept/reject applications or cancel the selection process wholly or partially.
• No separate communication will be made in case of rejection or non-selection.
