• Minimum 9 years of service in Group 'A' or equivalent in Civil Engineering Cadre of Government/PSUs/Statutory Authorities

For Deputy General Manager (Civil Engineering)

• Working on an analogous post or Group 'A' or Group 'B' Gazetted officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 12/11
• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 6 years of service in Group 'A' or Group 'B' or its equivalent, or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience

For Manager (Electrical Engineering) / Assistant Manager (Electrical Engineering)

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years (Manager) or 3 years (Assistant Manager) of service in Group 'A' or Group 'B' or equivalent
• OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10 years (Manager) or 5 years (Assistant Manager) of service

For Manager (Civil Engineering) / Assistant Manager (Civil Engineering)

• Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years (Manager) or 3 years (Assistant Manager) of service in Group 'A' or Group 'B' or equivalent
• OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 years (Manager) or 5 years (Assistant Manager) of service
• OR ITI in Engineering (Civil) with at least 2 years duration and 10 years of service (Civil Engineer only)
