Salary and Employment Type

• Employment Type: Full-time, Group 'A' Gazetted
• Pay Level: Level–10 (7th CPC)
• Basic Pay: ₹56,100 per month
• Total Emoluments: Approx. ₹1,00,000/month (including HRA and allowances)

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Indian
• Education: First-class B.Tech/B.E. or M.Sc./M.A. in relevant field with valid GATE score (2023, 2024, 2025)
• Final-year students may apply if degree is submitted by 31 July 2025
• Foreign degrees must be validated with AIU equivalence certificate

• Divyangjan (PWD) Reservation: 5 positions across multiple disciplines (includes Hearing, Locomotor, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims)

Application Fee

• General/OBC/EWS (Male): ₹100 (non-refundable)
• SC/ST/Female/Divyangjan: Exempted

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on valid GATE score in 1:10 ratio per discipline/category.
2. Personal Interview (candidate selects date via portal).
3. Final selection weightage: 80% GATE Score + 20% Interview.
4. Minimum qualifying marks in interview: 70% for UR, 60% for others including Divyangjan.
5. Final offer subject to verification of medical fitness, character, category certificate, and service bond agreement.
