Age Limit

Engagement Period & Terms

• Initial engagement period is one year.
• Extendable by another two years (one year at a time) at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
• Probation period of six months.
• Based on performance during probation, engagement may be confirmed for the remaining period.
• Engagement is purely on contract basis.
• No right or claim for permanent employment with PNGRB.

Leave Policy

• 1.5 days leave per month during consultancy period.
• Maximum accumulation up to 5 days.
• Beyond allowable leaves, consultancy fee will be reduced proportionately.

Termination Clause

• PNGRB reserves the right to terminate or curtail consultancy period at any time without assigning any reason.
• Consultant may leave by giving one month’s notice.

Confidentiality

1. Submit application with self-certified copies of qualification and experience documents.
2. Enclose certificates and mark sheets as documentary proof of qualifying degree.
3. Enclose experience certificates as documentary proof of prescribed experience.
4. Non-submission of references may lead to rejection of application.
5. All fields of the application must be filled. Enclose separate sheet if space is insufficient.
