Application Process

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can submit applications in the attached proforma along with self-attested copies of documents supporting qualifications and experience. Applications can be submitted in two ways:

1. By Post/Courier/Hand: Address applications to:
   Director (Administration & HR), Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board, 4th Floor, Tower-E, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi -110029.
   The envelope should be superscribed as: "Application for the post of Individual Consultant (Personal Assistant) at Level I - against Public Notice dated 15.9.2025".
2. By Email: Scanned copies of the application along with self-certified documents supporting educational qualifications and experience can be sent to: career@pngrb.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognised university; proficiency in English shorthand and typing is mandatory.
• Experience: 0–3 years experience with Officers of Level-14 & above in Government Ministries/Departments / Statutory Bodies / Autonomous Bodies / CPSEs. Knowledge required: office procedures, e-office, Central Government Service Rules, FR/SR, GFRs, Establishment Rules, Noting, Drafting, preparing minutes, coordination with Ministries/Departments, liaisoning with Civic Authorities / Service Providers.

Age Limit

Applicants must be below 62 years as on the last date of receipt of application.

Other Important Information

• Termination of Consultancy: PNGRB reserves the right to terminate or curtail the consultancy period at any time without assigning any reason. The individual consultant may leave the consultancy services by giving one-month notice.
• Discharge of Functions and Working Conditions: Consultants shall discharge responsibilities diligently as assigned and abide by PNGRB’s day-to-day working conditions including holidays and working hours.
• No Permanent Employment: Engagement is purely on contract basis; there is no right or claim for permanent employment with PNGRB.
• Incomplete Applications: Applications without supporting documents regarding qualifications and experience will not be accepted.
