Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time BE/B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline.
• General/OBC/EWS candidates must have minimum 65% marks.
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates must have minimum 55% marks.
• Final year students are eligible to apply.
• Candidates must appear in GATE-2025 (previous years not valid).

• Aeronautical / Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation Engineering
• Computer Science & Information Technology
• Civil Engineering

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 28 years (as on 21.07.2025) for General/EWS
• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation
• PwBD: 10 years relaxation
• Domiciled in J&K (1/1/1980 – 31/12/1989): 5 years relaxation

Vacancy Details

Application Fees

• ₹295 (inclusive of GST @ 18%)
• Payment Mode: Online or Demand Draft (DD) in favour of "Pawan Hans Limited" payable at Delhi/Noida
• Exempted Categories: SC, ST, PwBD

Selection Process

Selection will be based on GATE-2025 Score and Personal Interview. Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of:

Interview Evaluation (20 Marks)

Training & Absorption

• Duration: 1 year
• Stipend: ₹50,000 per month (all-inclusive)
• Leave: 20 days per calendar year during training
• Insurance: ₹5 Lakh coverage for self and spouse
• Post-training Absorption Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 grade)

Service Bond

• ₹3,00,000 Service Agreement Bond or FDR in PHL’s name
• Minimum 3-year service obligation post-training

Reservation Guidelines

• SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/EWS reservations as per Government of India directives
• OBC candidates must submit valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate for FY 2024-25
• EWS candidates must submit valid Income & Asset Certificate for FY 2024-25
• PwBD must have minimum 40% permanent disability
• All certificates must be valid as on or before 21.07.2025

• Posting can be anywhere in India or abroad.
