- After filling online form, print the filled and signed application form. Affix a recent passport-size photograph and attach self-attested testimonials.
- Send the form along with proof of payment of application fee to:

Eligibility Criteria
For Senior Consultant
- Retired from E-7/E-8 or above grade in a Schedule CPSE or equivalent in Government of India.
- Minimum 20 years of experience, with at least 3 years at E-7/E-8 grade or equivalent in Central/State/Autonomous/statutory bodies.
For Consultant
- Retired from E-5/E-6 grade in a CPSE or equivalent in Government of India.
- Minimum 16 years of experience, with at least 3 years at E-5/E-6 grade or equivalent in Central/State/Autonomous/statutory bodies.
CRM Facilitator / Pilot / Cabin Crew
- Current Commercial Air Transport experience as Flight Crew Member or Cabin Crew Member. If not current, minimum 5 years of experience as Flight or Cabin Crew.
- Training in CRM techniques including Learning Process, Effective Teaching, Student Evaluation, Course Development, Lesson Planning, Classroom Training Techniques, Facilitation Skills.
- Instruction on Human Factors Performance Limitation (HPL).
- Additional education in Group Management, Group Dynamics, and Personal Awareness.
Age Limit
Upper Age Limit: 62 years
Reservation Details
- SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
- Relaxation in age/experience/qualification at the discretion of management in deserving cases.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on scrutiny of applications.
- Verification of eligibility documents with originals at the time of interview.
- Personal Interview by a panel of 5-6 members.
- Final selection based on merit prepared from interview marks, subject to all eligibility criteria.
- Results will be posted on PHL website; appointment letters will be sent via registered email IDs only.
- Selection provisional, subject to verification of documents, medical fitness, and other requirements.
