Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or AMIE (Electrical/Electronics). Doctorate or PG degree in relevant field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 30 years of experience in design/development of systems related to Electro Optics, Fire Control Systems, Laser Warning Systems, and Electro-Optical surveillance for Main Battle Tanks/ICVs.

Age Limit

Below 65 years (extendable up to 68 years based on performance and business needs).

Tenure and Work Mode

Leave: 15 days casual-cum-sick leave per year (pro-rata, non-carry forwardable).
Conveyance: ₹8,000 per month if company car is not availed.
TA/DA: As per AVNL Travelling Allowance Rules.
