Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications
Candidates must strictly satisfy all the following eligibility requirements as stipulated by ONGC Videsh Ltd. and ICAI guidelines:
- Geographical Location: Candidates must be based in the Delhi/NCR region.
- Professional Examination Requirement: Must have passed one of the following examinations conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI):
- Intermediate Examination, OR
- Intermediate (IPC) Examination, OR
- Professional Competence Examination (PCE), OR
- Professional Education (Examination - II) of the ICAI.
- Academic Minimum Percentage: Minimum score of 70% in Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC / 12th Standard).

Stipend, Leave Rules & Logistics
Stipend & Financial Terms
Monthly Stipend: Rs. 25,000/- per month (consolidated).
The selected candidates have to make their own arrangements for boarding, lodging, and travelling. No extra allowance or company accommodation is provided.
Leave Entitlement & Training Rules
Leave Entitlement: 1 day for each month of training as per Regulation 59 of ICAI guidelines.
The eligibility and other terms for undergoing Industrial Training will strictly adhere to ICAI’s regulations.
Selection Process & General Instructions
- Application Screening: The received applications will be screened based on educational credentials and specified eligibility norms.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be selected and invited for interviews.
- Travel & Interview Expenses: The candidates will have to attend the interview at their own expenses. No TA/DA or travel reimbursement will be admissible.
