Eligibility Criteria

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review of HR policies and development of new policies.
• Review of Performance Management System.
• Manpower planning and digitalization of HR.
• Day-to-day consultation in all HR matters.
• Any other assignment assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Compensation and Other Terms

• Remuneration: ₹8,000 per day (for CGM level) to ₹10,000 per day (for ED level).
• TA/DA: As per NRL rates relevant to grade at the time of retirement (maximum CGM in NRL).
• Advisor may be called upon to attend office on any day including off days or holidays.
• During the engagement period, advisors are not allowed to take any other assignment.

Selection Process

The selection shall be based on Personal Interaction with shortlisted candidates.

Medical Fitness
