• Level-3/2: Passed Class 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent examination from a Government recognized Board/Council/Institution.
• Level-1: Passed Class 10th, ITI, or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

• Level-3/2: Category-B/C Championships, National Championships, National Games, All India Inter University Championships, or Federation Cup achievements.
• Level-1: Category-C Championships, Federation Cup achievements, or State-level representation with required position in Senior National Championships.
