Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Manager (Environment & Safety)
Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering + Diploma/PG in Safety/Industrial Safety/Advanced Safety Management/Environment Management. Minimum 6 years supervisory experience in environmental clearances and safety laws (Govt. sector only). Metro/Railway/RRTS experience preferred.
Assistant Manager (Architect)
Bachelor’s in Architecture with 6 years supervisory experience in architectural works (railways/metro). Knowledge of software like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp. Familiar with NFPA, NBC, Building Bye Laws, TOD norms, green building standards. Preference for metro/rail experience.
Assistant Manager (Design)
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 6 years experience in structural design of bridges, viaducts, flyovers, prestressed & RCC spans. Metro/Railways/RRTS experience preferred.
Assistant Senior Section Engineer (Civil)
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4 years experience in viaduct construction, segment/u-girders, foundations, contract management, procurement, depot civil works. Preference for metro/rail experience.
Assistant Section Engineer (Signaling & Telecom)
Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Electrical & Electronics with 4 years experience in signaling & telecom implementation or O&M. Preference for metro/rail experience.
Assistant Section Engineer (Electrical)
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4 years experience in OHE, RSS, traction distribution, SCADA, lifts/escalators, power supply, CMRS clearances. Preference for metro/rail experience.
Senior Accounts Assistant
Bachelor’s in Commerce. MBA (Finance)/CA (Inter)/CMA (Inter) preferred. 4 years experience in finance/accounts, financial statements, tax returns, payroll, GST, budgeting. Preference for metro/rail experience.

- Service/Experience Certificates for all employment including present employment.
- Pay Slips of last 3 months.
- NOC, D&AR and Vigilance clearance from employer (for Deputation/Immediate Absorption).
- Copies of APARs/ACRs for last 4 years (FY 2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23, 2021-22).
- Copy of Aadhaar Card.
- Any other essential and relevant documents.
Age Limit and Relaxation
- Assistant Managers: Deputation – up to 56 years; Direct/Immediate Absorption – up to 40 years.
- Assistant/Section Engineers & Senior Accounts Assistant: Deputation – up to 56 years; Direct/Immediate Absorption – up to 35 years.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC (NCL) – 3 years (applicable only if posts are reserved; all posts here are UR).
Reservation Details
All posts in this advertisement are Unreserved (UR). Reservation relaxations apply only if posts are earmarked for SC/ST/OBC categories.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility and experience.
- Selection may consist of Written Test and/or Personal Interview.
- Selection process conducted in offline mode only.
- Candidates, including outstation candidates, must bear travel and stay expenses themselves. No reimbursement is provided by NMRC.
- Management reserves right to call or not call any candidate and to cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
- Experience in private sector organizations will not be counted. Only Govt. sector experience is valid.
- Candidates must be physically and medically fit; medical examination may be required as per policy.
- NOC is mandatory for Deputation/Immediate Absorption. Not required for Direct Recruitment but relieving certificate must be submitted if selected.

Probation period will be applicable as per NMRC policy. A three-month notice period is required before resignation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay scales as per IDA pattern with Basic Pay, HRA @ 27%, IDA @ 49%, Perks @ 31.5%.
- Statutory benefits include PF, Gratuity, and Medical Benefits at CGHS rates.
- Candidates may be posted, transferred, or deployed anywhere in India or abroad during service.
General Instructions
- All eligibility criteria (age, qualification, experience) must be fulfilled as on 28th August 2025 (closing date).
- If application numbers are high, NMRC may decide shortlisting criteria or restrict interviews/tests to limited candidates.
- Incomplete applications or those received after closing date will be rejected. NMRC is not responsible for postal delays.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email and must appear for written test/interview with original documents.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
- Eligibility criteria may be relaxed in exceptional cases at sole discretion of NMRC.
- If found ineligible or providing incorrect information at any stage, candidature/appointment will be cancelled.
- NMRC Management's decision is final in case of disputes.
