Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: 12th Standard pass and Diploma in Health & Sanitation (from recognized Indian institutions).
• Experience: Minimum 03 years in Health & Sanitation as on 01/09/2025.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Tamil. Candidates must provide proof through SSLC/X standard certificate or by having studied Tamil as a subject.

Age Limit (as on 01/09/2025)

PwBD candidates are eligible for relaxation up to 10 years, subject to maximum age limit of 58 years. Ex-Servicemen relaxation as per Government guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Consolidated Pay: ₹38,000/- per month
• Provident Fund as per applicable rules
• Medical facilities as per NLCIL medical rules
• 12 days Casual Leave per year and other leave as per rules
• TA/DA and Boarding charges reimbursed for official tours
• Eligible unfurnished residential accommodation at nominal rent (subject to availability)
• HRA payable if accommodation is not provided

Reservations & Relaxations

Reservation and relaxations for SC, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen are as per Government of India guidelines. Candidates must upload valid certificates issued by competent authorities. OBC (NCL) certificates must be issued on or after 01/04/2025. EWS certificates must be issued on or after 01/04/2025.

Selection Process

Final selection will be based on merit of written test marks (plus bonus, if applicable). Tie-break: seniority by age, then alphabetical order of first name.
