Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Full-time or Part-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. Diploma holders with required experience are eligible.
Experience for Executive – Operation: Must have worked in operation of BTG/LHS in 210 MW+ Lignite-fired Thermal Power Plants within the last 2 years before retirement.
Experience for Executive – Maintenance: Must have worked in maintenance of Civil/Boiler/Turbine/AHS/LHS in 210 MW+ Lignite-fired Thermal Power Plants within the last 3 years before retirement.
Age Limit: Maximum 63 years as on 01/09/2025. No relaxation beyond 63 years.
Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible.

Upload all required scanned documents in prescribed format. Applications without documents will be rejected.
Submit only one application. In case of multiple submissions, the last one will be considered.
Take a printout of the application form and keep it for document verification.

Reservation Details

Reservation and relaxation as per Government of India guidelines for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories.

PwBD candidates must hold a valid disability certificate under RPWD Act, 2016.
OBC (NCL) and EWS certificates must be issued on or after 01/04/2025.
Category once chosen in application cannot be changed later.
All supporting certificates must be in prescribed Government of India format.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on Personal Interview.
Interview carries 20 marks. Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS = 50% (10/20), SC/ST/OBC(NCL) = 40% (8/20).
Final selection will be based on merit order of marks scored in interview.
Tie-breaking will be resolved by: (1) Older candidate by Date of Birth, (2) Alphabetical order of first name.
