Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or as medium of Examination at degree level.
- Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi & English as compulsory/elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a compulsory/elective subject at degree level.
- Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi/English medium and English/Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or as medium of examination at degree level.
- Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a compulsory elective subject, plus a recognized Diploma/Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central/State Government Offices, including Government of India undertakings.

Selection Process
The selection process may include Written Test and/or Skill Test/Interview. Shortlisting may be based on higher/relevant qualification and experience in case of large number of applications. Selected candidates will be appointed on probation as per rules. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination or interview.
