Post Details

Pay Scale and Salary Details

• Pay Scale: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (IDA – E4 Level)
• Approximate Monthly Gross Emoluments: ₹1,48,260 (for X City)
• Salary includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks and House Rent Allowance.
• Pay protection is applicable for candidates from Government / PSU / Autonomous Bodies.
• Up to five advance increments may be granted based on Selection Committee recommendations.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Professional Degree in Law is desirable.
• All qualifications must be full-time and from recognized institutions.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in relevant field.
• Experience in handling Company Secretariat and Corporate Affairs functions.
• Experience in large organizations / PSUs with minimum 500 regular employees in any year during the last 10 financial years.
• At least 8 years experience in Senior Managerial position equivalent to E-2 level of NSC.
• Private sector candidates must have senior managerial experience with minimum annual CTC of ₹15.36 lakh.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: Not exceeding 50 years
• Age is calculated as on the last date of receipt of application.
• Maximum age including relaxations should not exceed 56 years.
• Age limit is not applicable for existing departmental candidates.

Reservation and Relaxation

• Reservation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS and PwD categories as per Government of India norms.
• OBC certificates must be issued on or after 01 April 2025 and mention Non-Creamy Layer status.
• EWS candidates must submit valid Income and Asset Certificate.
• PwD candidates must have minimum 40% disability.
• Appointment remains provisional until verification of caste/category certificates.
