Salary Details
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
| First and Second Year | ₹37,000 per month + HRA |
| Third Year | ₹42,000 per month + HRA (after successful assessment and upgradation to Senior Research Fellow) |
Project Associate-I
| First and Second Year | ₹30,000 per month + HRA |
| Third Year | ₹33,000 per month + HRA (after successful assessment and upgradation to Project Associate-II) |
Salary and allowances shall be governed by the norms of the funding agency and the institute.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a full-time B.Tech./B.E. and M.Tech./M.E. degree or an equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline.
- Applicants should have secured a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA/CPI on a 10-point scale.
- Degrees must be obtained from recognized institutes or universities.
- Eligible disciplines include Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent disciplines.
Desirable Qualification
- Research experience in the relevant field.
- Knowledge related to the project area.
- Valid GATE or NET qualification.
Age Limit
The age limit shall be governed by the norms of the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) and the institute. Relaxation in the upper age limit shall be applicable as per Government of India rules for eligible reserved categories.
