Eligibility Criteria

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• Candidates should possess M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or B.E./B.Tech. in the relevant specialization.
• Eligible specializations include:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Instrumentation Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
• Minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
• SC/ST candidates should have a minimum CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale or 55% marks.
• Candidates must possess a GATE qualification obtained at any point in time.

Project Associate

• Candidates should possess M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or B.E./B.Tech. in the relevant specialization.
• Eligible specializations include:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Instrumentation Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
• Minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
• SC/ST candidates should have a minimum CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale or 55% marks.
