The post of Materials Manager in Mormugao Port Authority is to be filled by absorption through Composite Method from Officers of Major Port Authorities.

Applications are invited from eligible and willing officers of all the Major Port Authorities who possess the prescribed qualifications and experience as mentioned in the Recruitment Rules provided at Annexure-I.

The officer selected for the post of Materials Manager in the pay scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 in the Engineering Mechanical Department of Mormugao Port Authority will be appointed on Composite Method.

The selected officer will be governed by the Service Rules and Regulations in force and as amended from time to time.

Eligible and willing Officers of all Major Port Authorities possessing the prescribed qualifications and experience are required to submit their applications through the Online Application Portal (OAP) of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways.

1. Visit the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways Online Application Portal.
2. Submit the online application for the post of Materials Manager in Mormugao Port Authority.
3. Complete the online application within the prescribed application period from 07.08.2026 to 06.09.2026.
4. Take a print-out of the submitted online application.
5. Forward the print-out through the proper channel.
6. Attach the required supporting documents with the application.
7. Superscribe the application with "Application for the post of Materials Manager in Mormugao Port Authority".
8. Ensure that the complete application reaches the Secretary, Mormugao Port Authority, by 21.09.2026.
