Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

Post Graduate Degree in Remote Sensing, GIS, Earth Science, Applied Geology, or Environmental Science
OR Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Agricultural Engineering, or Land & Water Resources Development

Mandatory Selection Channel

CSIR-UGC NET (including Assistant Professorship)
GATE
National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments / Agencies such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, NISER

Desirable Qualification

Experience in GIS and Remote Sensing. Preference will be given to meritorious candidates with relevant experience.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 30 years as on the date of interview
Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically Handicapped candidates as per Government of India rules

Reservation Details

Reservation and age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India norms for SC, ST, OBC, Women, and Physically Handicapped candidates.
