Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc./MCA./M.Phil./DOEACC B-Level/ AMIE or equivalent in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Communication, Cyber Security, GIS, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Civil, Mechanical and related disciplines.
• Experience for Scientist-C: 4 years relevant experience
• Experience for Scientist-D: 8 years relevant experience
• Desirable Qualification: Ph.D. in Science, Engineering or ICT
• Experience Relaxation: 2 years relaxation for eligible higher qualifications such as M.E./M.Tech./M.Phil.

Age Limit

• Scientist-C: Maximum 35 years
• Scientist-D: Maximum 40 years
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved and eligible categories

Reservation Details

• PwBD Reservation: Available as per Government rules
• EWS Benefit: Subject to valid Income and Asset Certificate
