NHIDCL Recruitment 2025 – Associate Posts under State Specific Graduate Scheme (SSGS)
National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India, has released Hiring Notice No. 05/2025 dated 12 December 2025 for engagement of Associates under the State Specific Graduate Scheme (SSGS). This recruitment is purely on a contractual consultancy basis and aims to promote and train local talent from States and Union Territories where NHIDCL operates.

Tenure of Engagement
- Initial engagement period of 2 years.
- Extendable by 1 year at a time.
- Maximum tenure limited to 3 years (2 + 1 years).
- Continuation beyond each year is subject to performance review and approval by the Consultants’ Review Committee (CRC).
Remuneration / Consultancy Fee
Monthly consultancy fee for the Associate position ranges between ₹70,000 and ₹80,000.
- The consultancy fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- No additional allowances or facilities will be provided.
- An annual enhancement of 5% in consultancy fee is permissible.
- Final remuneration will be fixed and approved by the Competent Authority of NHIDCL.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Degree must be obtained from IITs, NITs, or institutions ranked within the Top 100 in the Engineering category of NIRF Rankings.
- Ranking considered will be for the year of graduation or the preceding year if the candidate is appearing in the final year.
Experience Requirement
- 0 to 2 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Final-year students may apply provided they complete graduation before joining.
Age Limit
Upper age limit for the Associate position is 30 years.
Nationality and Domicile
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must be domicile holders of the respective State / UT for which they are applying.

Selection Process
