Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

Essential Experience

• 17 years regular service in posts carrying Level-10 Pay Matrix or equivalent or higher.
• Out of 17 years, minimum 10 years experience in implementation of infrastructure sector projects related to Highways, Roads or Bridges.

Desirable Experience

Officers possessing experience in handling Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects shall be given preference.

Age Limit

• Maximum age for deputation: Not exceeding 58 years
• Applicants must have at least 2 years of remaining service as on the closing date of application

• SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / EWS candidates are encouraged to apply
• Women, Minority Communities and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are encouraged to apply
• PwBD candidates with minimum 40% disability are eligible for reservation benefits

• NHAI may adopt screening criteria
• Written test and/or interview may be conducted
• Final decision rests with the Competent Authority of NHAI
