Pay Scale & Salary Structure
Manager (Finance & Accounts)
- IDA Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Approximate Gross Salary (Minimum): ₹1,30,080 per month
- Additional Benefits: Medical reimbursement, gratuity, leave encashment, conveyance loan, and other admissible fringe benefits as per NHDC rules.
Company Secretary
- IDA Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
- Approximate Gross Salary (Minimum): ₹1,08,400 per month
- Additional Benefits: Medical reimbursement, gratuity, leave encashment, conveyance loan, and other admissible fringe benefits as per NHDC rules.

Eligibility Criteria
Manager (Finance & Accounts)
- Essential Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (ICAI) OR Cost Accountant (ICMAI) OR MBA (Finance) (Full-time two-year program from UGC/AICTE recognized institution). - Experience:
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, or Internal Audit. Out of this, at least 4 years must be in IDA pay scale of ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 or equivalent. For private sector candidates, minimum CTC should not be less than ₹14,99,445 per annum in any of the four years (excluding performance-linked incentives or bonuses). - Age Limit: Not exceeding 42 years
Company Secretary
- Essential Qualification:
Associate Company Secretary (ACS) or Fellow Company Secretary (FCS). - Desirable Qualification:
Degree in Law with specialization in Corporate Laws or CA/ICWA/MBA. - Experience:
Minimum 8 years of post-qualification secretarial and managerial experience. Out of this, at least 4 years must be in IDA pay scale of ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 or equivalent. Private sector candidates must have a minimum CTC of ₹11,99,556 per annum (excluding performance-linked incentives or bonuses). - Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years
Reservation & Age Relaxation
- Reservation and age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates shall be applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
- OBC candidates must produce a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued by the competent authority, not older than six months from the date of advertisement.
- Internal NHDC employees working in the next lower scale with required qualifications and experience are eligible for age relaxation of up to 5 years, subject to conditions.

Selection Process
- Selection will be made through Interview only.
- Interviews will be conducted at NHDC Registered & Corporate Office, Noida.
- NHDC reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on qualification, experience, and number of applications received.

- Eligible candidates must apply online through the NHDC Career Portal within the prescribed dates.
- Candidates must upload scanned self-attested copies of photograph, signature, educational certificates, experience certificates, and salary certificates.
- After online submission, candidates must send a hard copy of the application along with self-attested documents by post on or before the specified date.
