Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Scrum Master, etc.) are desirable
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in software development
- At least 8 years in a leadership or senior developer role
- Experience leading development teams in Agile environments
- Hands-on coding experience is mandatory
- Experience in software design and architecture
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and serverless computing
- Experience with REST APIs and API integrations
- Strong understanding of GenAI, LLM-based systems (RAG, Agentic AI, Copilots)
- Experience in data ingestion and extraction strategies
Desired Skills
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agentic workflow design
- Event streaming platforms like Kafka, SQS
- Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and security controls
- Experience in Government projects (preferred)
