Salary and Employment Terms

Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 45,000/- per month

The engagement is purely on contractual assignment.
Initial contract period will be one year or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
The contract may be extended up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.
The Tribunal may terminate the contractual assignment at any time without assigning any reason.
Candidates may resign by giving one-month advance written notice.
The contractual assignment shall not confer any right or claim to regularization or continuance in service.
No HRA, DA, residential accommodation, or any other allowance will be provided.
No entitlement to regular leave except casual leave on a pro-rata basis.
Candidates cannot leave the station without prior permission of the Competent Authority.
Working days and hours shall be the same as applicable to regular officers and employees of the Tribunal.
Candidates may be required to work beyond office hours and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays without extra remuneration.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized University.
Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Law.

Experience Requirements

Experience in administration.
Experience in online data management.
Proficiency in computer operations.
System management skills.
Experience working in a completely online system.
Preference will be given to persons having prior experience in Court/Tribunal.
Preference will be given to candidates with legal experience.

Age Limit

Candidate must be minimum 25 years of age as on the date of issue of advertisement (27 January 2026).

Selection Process

If the number of candidates is large, the Competent Authority may shortlist candidates.
Only shortlisted candidates may be called for interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
Original documents must be brought at the time of interview for verification.
Candidature will be liable to be rejected at any stage if information furnished is found incorrect upon verification.
If engaged and information is found incorrect later, contractual assignment will be terminated forthwith.
