Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics OR MCA or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. Only full-time regular courses are acceptable.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in software development, VMS management through Proxmox, and Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL).
- Hands-on experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache/NGINX, MySQL, PHP/Perl/Python).
- Proficiency in PHP development using Maker-Checker, WordPress, Laravel, and CodeIgniter frameworks.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure, Networking, DNS, Load Balancing, and ITSM monitoring tools.
- Automation & Scripting with Bash/Shell, Ansible, or Python.
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Desirable: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Salary and Benefits
- Pay Scale (IDA): ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 1,20,000 (E0 Level)
- CTC (for Private Sector Applicants): Minimum ₹ 6.70 lakhs per annum
- Additional Benefits: Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) and Perks & Allowances as per company rules.

Selection Process
- Written Test / Computer Based Test (CBT) – 80% weightage
- Interview – 20% weightage

Shortlisting for interview will be in the ratio of 1:5 in the respective category. No TA/DA will be paid for attending Written Test or Interview.

- Keep ready: Valid email ID, mobile number, scanned photograph, and signature (each up to 100 KB, JPG/JPEG format).
- Upload documents including Birth/10th certificate, Degree Certificates, Appointment Letter, Salary Slip, Promotion Orders, Experience Certificates, Form-16/ITR, and Bank Statement.
- After submission, download the system-generated application form with the Unique Registration Number.

Medical Fitness
Appointment will be subject to medical fitness as per NCRTC standards. Candidates suffering from serious diseases such as Cancer or Kidney/Liver failure and transplants will not be considered. Medical examination must be done at NCRTC-nominated or Government hospitals.
Service Bond
Selected candidates must execute a Service Bond of ₹ 2,00,000 plus GST and cost of training, if any, to serve the Corporation for a minimum of two (02) years.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Only Indian nationals above 18 years of age are eligible.
- Suppression or falsification of information will result in cancellation or termination.
- Candidates previously offered but not joined will be debarred for 2 years from reapplying.
- Candidates convicted or dismissed from Government/PSU service are not eligible.
- English version will prevail in case of interpretation dispute.
- Any revision, addendum, or corrigendum will be hosted only on the NCRTC website under the ‘Career’ section.
- Canvassing will lead to disqualification. Jurisdiction lies with Delhi High Court.
