Requirement of Chief Engineer (Civil) on Re-employment Basis. National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) – a Joint Venture of the Government of India and the participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has released an official vacancy notice inviting applications for the post of Chief Engineer (Civil) on re-employment basis.

Eligibility Criteria (as on 01/11/2025)

Educational Qualification	B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a UGC recognized Indian University / UGC recognized Indian Deemed University / AICTE approved Indian Institution / concerned statutory council (wherever applicable).
Experience	IRSE or other Government officers having a minimum of 25 years of experience.
Job Description	Act as Nodal Officer for preparation of Civil Estimates and costing for DPR preparations for future corridors and consulting assignments/business development opportunities. Render technical advice on civil construction works as per requirements for smooth execution of site works. Coordinate with various agencies and Government departments for specific issues assigned from time to time. Plan and identify infrastructure requirements for civil constructions to ensure timely completion of projects. Ensure project milestones are achieved in line with approved timelines, scope, and budget. Interface with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Note	All essential qualifications must be from recognized institutions. Candidates claiming equivalence must produce equivalence certificates. Teaching or freelancing experience shall not be considered qualifying experience.

Term of Contract

The initial term of appointment shall be for one (01) year, extendable further based on performance and the Corporation's requirement.

Emoluments and Benefits

Consolidated Pay: ₹1,59,348/- per month
Other Benefits: HRA and other benefits as per Company Policy

Place of Posting

The selected candidate may be posted at any office/workplace/project unit of NCRTC or any of its subsidiaries/joint ventures.
The candidate may be assigned jobs/functions/assignments as per business requirements, including shift operations.
