Salary / Remuneration

• ₹1000 per hour (first 3 years)
• ₹1200 per hour (after completion of 3 years)
• Conveyance allowance: ₹1000 per month (part of remuneration)
• Mobile reimbursement: ₹1000 per month
• Payment is fixed hourly and all-inclusive

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS degree in allopathic system from recognized university (MCI recognized)
• Post Graduate degree in General Medicine is also eligible
• Minimum 2 years experience as Medical Practitioner in hospital or clinic
• Applicant must have own dispensary or residence within 5 km radius of Bank dispensary

Age Limit

• Maximum age up to 70 years (contract-based engagement conditions)
• Contract duration: 5 years, renewable based on performance

• Attach self-attested copies of certificates (education, experience, registration, etc.)
• Envelope must be superscribed: "Application for the post of BMO on contract basis"

Selection Process

• Shortlisting of eligible candidates
• Interview conducted by NABARD
• Medical fitness test after interview
• Final selection based on interview and medical fitness

Reservation Details

• Applicable categories: SC / ST / OBC / UR (General)
• No specific seat reservation breakup provided

Facilities & Benefits

Key Duties of BMO

• Medical consultation and treatment at dispensary
• Administration of injections, dressings, and OPD care
• Referral to specialists and hospitals when required
• Medical checkups and fitness certification
• Emergency visits to staff residences when required
• Preventive healthcare and inoculations
• Any other duties assigned by the Bank

Terms & Conditions

• Initial contract: 5 years, extendable based on performance
• Termination possible with 1-month notice from either side
• Must maintain confidentiality of bank affairs
• Must arrange substitute doctor during absence
• Bank may change duty hours or location anytime
• Required to attend on-call emergencies during holidays if needed
