Pay Scale and Experience

Candidates must have relevant executive-grade experience in Govt./PSUs or reputed organizations with an annual turnover of at least ₹250 crores in any of the last three financial years. Contractual experience through agencies will not be considered.

Selection Process

Written Test / CBT – 85% weightage
Personal Interview – 15% weightage
Qualifying Marks: UR – 50%, OBC/SC/ST/PwBD – 40%, PwBD (SC/ST/OBC) – 30%
Shortlisting in 1:10 ratio for Interview
Final selection subject to medical fitness as per NALCO norms

Reservation and Relaxation

Applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and PwBD (40%+ disability).

Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC(NCL) – 3 yrs, PwBD(UR) – 10 yrs, PwBD(OBC) – 13 yrs, PwBD(SC/ST) – 15 yrs.
Maximum upper age including all relaxations: 56 years.
OBC and EWS certificates must be valid for FY 2025–26.
SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD certificates must be issued in prescribed formats.
