Base Salary

Ranges from ₹42,800 to ₹87,750 per month depending on the post and experience.

Employment Type

Full-Time Fixed Tenure (FTFT) contractual engagement. Contract duration varies between 2 to 5 years and is renewed annually based on performance.

Application Process

Applications must be submitted online through MECON’s official website. Applicants must upload scanned copies of their photo, signature, educational and experience certificates, Aadhaar, PAN, and category certificates (if applicable). Payment should be made online through the payment gateway. No offline submission is accepted except during interviews.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications must be from UGC/AICTE-recognized institutions.
Experience must be full-time, post-qualification, and relevant to the applied post.
Only Indian nationals are eligible.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 50 years for all posts.

Reservation Details

Reservations are applicable for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, and PwD candidates as per Government of India norms. PwD reservation is on a horizontal basis. Valid certificates in prescribed formats are mandatory.

Selection Process

The selection mode will be Personal Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be notified through their registered email ID and the MECON website. Outstation candidates attending interviews will be reimbursed 3-tier A/C rail fare or ₹7/km by road, whichever is less.

Candidates can be posted anywhere in India, including project sites, regional offices, or the head office based on company requirements.
