Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

• Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree (≥55%); 9 years’ academic experience or 5 years’ administrative experience; knowledge of Urdu desirable.
• Regional Director: Master’s degree (≥55%); 10 years’ teaching/research/admin experience; Urdu proficiency mandatory; Ph.D. desirable.
• Assistant Regional Director: Master’s degree; 3 years’ experience in ODL/teaching/admin; Urdu proficiency required.
• Section Officer: Bachelor’s degree; 3 years as Assistant or 8 years as UDC; proficiency in computer and drafting; Urdu knowledge desirable.
• Instructor – Polytechnic (Civil): B.E./B.Tech. with 3 years’ experience or Diploma with 5 years’ experience; Urdu proficiency required.
• Assistant: Bachelor’s degree; typing speed Eng 35 wpm/Hindi 30 wpm; experience in Admin/Accounts/Academic; Urdu knowledge desirable.
• Computer Assistant (Temporary): B.E./B.Tech. (CS/IT) or MCA/M.Sc. (CS); 2 years’ experience; Urdu software knowledge desirable.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 10+2 pass; typing speed Eng 35 wpm/Hindi 30 wpm; computer proficiency.
• Driver: 10th pass; heavy vehicle license; 3 years driving experience; knowledge of motor mechanism.
• Lab Attendant: 10+2 (Science) or 10th with Science + 2 years’ lab experience.
• MTS: Secondary school certificate or ITI pass.
• Chief Security Officer: Bachelor’s degree; 5 years’ commissioned officer experience or 10 years’ JCO experience in Armed Forces/Police/Paramilitary.
• Private Secretary: Bachelor’s degree; 3 years as PA; 100 wpm stenography; typing Eng 35/Hindi 30; computer proficiency; Urdu knowledge desirable.

Reservation Details and Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation.
• OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation (must provide valid certificate not older than 3 years).
• PWD: 10 years relaxation (additional for SC/ST/OBC categories).
• Ex-servicemen and Government employees: As per Government of India rules.
• Regular MANUU employees: No upper age limit if 3 years regular service completed.
• Contractual MANUU employees: 5 years relaxation if 5 years contractual service completed.

Application Process

1. Candidates must apply online through the Samarth portal: https://manuunt.samarth.edu.in.
2. After submission of the online application, candidates must send the printed hard copy of the application form along with all self-attested testimonials, certificates, educational qualifications, and experience certificates in a sealed cover.
3. The envelope must be superscribed with: “Application to the post of ……”.
4. The hard copy should be sent to:

Selection Process

• The University may decide its own method of evaluating candidates through written test, skill test, and/or interview depending on the post.
• For Group B & C posts, there will be no interview. Selection will be based on written test and/or skill test.
• For Group A posts, selection may include interview in addition to written test/skill test.
• Shortlisting of candidates may be done on the basis of higher qualifications or experience beyond the minimum prescribed.
• Candidates must attend written tests, skill tests, or interviews at their own expense.
• Outstation SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be reimbursed sleeper class rail fare or ordinary bus fare (self only) by the shortest route on production of original tickets.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates already in Government service, Universities, Autonomous Bodies, or PSUs.

General Terms and Conditions

• Selected candidates may be posted at the Main Campus or any Institution/Office of the University across the country.
• Possession of eligibility conditions does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for tests/interviews.
• Candidates must upload all required documents in the online application and submit hard copies; incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Qualifications and experience will be reckoned as on the closing date of online application (29.09.2025).
• Applications without valid caste/disability certificates for reserved categories will be rejected.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and employees of Government/Universities.
• For MANUU employees: no upper age limit for regular employees with 3 years’ service, and 5 years’ relaxation for contractual employees with 5 years’ service.
• Verification of character and antecedents will be conducted; appointment will be provisional until verification.
• Selected candidates will be governed by University statutes, Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964, CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965, and other applicable rules.
• The New Pension Scheme applies to new employees, except those eligible under old pension scheme rules before 31.12.2003.
• The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill any advertised posts and may withdraw or modify the notification without assigning reasons.
• A waiting list (panel) may be prepared, valid for one year from the date of selection.
• Legal jurisdiction: Courts in Hyderabad only.
• No Transfer Travelling Allowance (TTA) will be paid for joining.
• All communications including test/interview call letters will be sent via email or displayed on the University website.
• Errors and omissions are subject to correction on the University website.
