Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in relevant field; or
• Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 18 years of experience in relevant field.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of CPWD Works Manual, GFR, government financial rules, and e-tendering procedures.
• Ability to prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and project reports.
• Experience in coordination, supervision, and project administration.

Preferred Candidates

Retired CPWD Executive Engineers / Superintending Engineers or experienced professionals from reputed infrastructure/construction organizations will be preferred.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility criteria.
• Interview for shortlisted candidates (date to be announced later).
• No written test or exam pattern mentioned in the notification.

Terms and Conditions

• The appointment is purely temporary and contractual in nature.
• No entitlement to pension, provident fund, gratuity, or any other benefits.
• Eligible for 15 days of paid leave per year on a pro-rata basis.
• The contract may be terminated at any time without notice in case of unsatisfactory performance or misconduct.
• Selected candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Undertaking before joining.
