Designation Details

• Designation (English): FLC Counsellor (On Contract)

• Number of Positions: Two (01 each at FLCC Budgam and Kulgam)
• Employment Type: Contractual (Initially for 12 months, extendable up to 3 years)
• Base Salary: ₹22,000/- per month

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a graduate with experience in banking or related fields.
• Sound knowledge of Banking, Law, Finance, Agriculture, and allied sectors.
• Strong communication and team-building skills are required.
• Knowledge of the local language is essential.
• Working knowledge of computers is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have conducted Financial Literacy Camps.
• Preference will also be given to honorably retired J&K Bank Officers of Senior Manager (Scale-III) rank or above.

Age Limit

Contract Terms

The initial contract duration is 12 months from the effective date. The contract may be renewed annually for up to 3 years based on satisfactory performance and annual review.

If either party chooses to terminate the contract, one month’s notice or equivalent salary in lieu of notice is required.

Selection Process

• Screening and shortlisting of applications based on eligibility and experience.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
• Interview will assess communication, interaction and teaching skills, and knowledge required for FLC Counsellors.
• Candidates may be required to give a demonstration or presentation during the selection process.
• Shortlisted candidates must attend the interview at their own cost.
