Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- First Class Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees
- OR Second Class Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees, with PhD
- OR For Engineering / IT / CS: First Class Graduate Degree of Four Years
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in applying artificial intelligence in drug design
- Experience in computing and handling drug descriptor data
- Good coding skills in Python or R
- Hands-on experience in molecular modelling, drug library screening, DFT, WaterMap, MD simulations, or binding free energy computations and analysis

Project Information
Project Title
Developing DdpMPyPEPhU as a multitargeted drug for breast cancer using AI-guided enumeration-based optimisation, synthesis and preclinical evaluation in PDX model.
Project Summary
The project focuses on breast cancer drug discovery and development using advanced in-silico methodologies such as molecular docking, DFT, WaterMap, MD simulations, MMGBSA, binding affinity prediction, AI-driven drug enumeration, synthesis, characterization, and biological validation in collaboration with AIIMS.
