Application Process

1. Candidates must register online on the ICSIL website.
2. Candidates are required to pay a One Time Registration (OTR) Fee of ₹590/-, which is non-refundable.
3. The OTR fee must be paid at least one day before the walk-in interview.
4. Only those candidates who have completed online registration and paid the OTR fee will be allowed to appear for the walk-in interview.
5. Candidates must bring printed proof of OTR fee payment (downloaded from Manage Profile).
6. Candidates must carry original documents related to Date of Birth, Qualification, and Experience.
7. One set of photocopies of all relevant documents and two passport-size photographs are mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Biotechnology, Zoology, Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, or Botany from a recognized university.
• OR Master of Science (M.Sc.) in the above-mentioned fields.

Experience (Desirable)

• Experience in water and wastewater analysis at Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), or laboratories involved in testing water or wastewater.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting will be based on scrutiny of documents such as age, qualification, and experience.
• Eligible candidates will be called for interaction/interview with the department.
• Selection may include personal interview, skill test, or written test, depending on departmental requirements.
• Final selection decision of the interview panel/committee shall be final and binding.
• Mere appearance in the walk-in interview does not guarantee selection.

Terms, Conditions & Important Instructions

• Engagement is purely contractual/temporary for a fixed period and does not confer any right for regular appointment.
• ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates.
• No TA/DA or conveyance shall be paid for appearing in interview or document verification.
• Candidates must ensure that details in the application form match Class 10th certificate, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card.
• In case of name change after Class 10th, valid documentary proof must be produced.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
• ICSIL reserves the right to accept or reject applications or withdraw the advertisement without notice.
• Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected.
• If documents or information provided are found false at any stage, candidature will be cancelled.
• Selected candidates will have 15 days’ salary deducted as security (50% in first month and 50% in second month), refundable after completion of contractual obligations and submission of No Dues Certificate.
• Candidates are expected to maintain professional behaviour throughout the recruitment process.
