Salary / Remuneration
All salaries are as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix with applicable allowances. Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance and other admissible allowances are applicable as per ILBS policy.
- PB-IV (Grade Pay ₹8700 – ₹12000): Professors, Additional/Associate/Assistant Professors, Consultants, Senior Admin roles.
- PB-III (Grade Pay ₹5400 – ₹7600): Residents, Managers, Senior Executives.
- PB-II (Grade Pay ₹4200 – ₹4600): Junior Engineers, Executives, Senior Technicians.
- PB-I (Grade Pay ₹2400): Executive Nurse.
- Consolidated Pay Posts:
- Junior Executive Nurse: ₹28,404/- per month
- Resident Hospital Administrator: ₹42,264/- per month
Employment Type
All appointments are on contract basis, initially for a period of 4 years (excluding Residents), extendable based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility varies by post. Essential qualifications include MBBS/MD/MS/DM/MCh/PhD/Relevant degrees along with required teaching, clinical, or research experience, depending on the designation.
Age Limit
- Professors/Consultants (Grade I): Up to 70 years
- Additional/Associate Professors: Up to 55 years
- Assistant Professors/Consultants (Grade IV): Up to 50 years
- Senior Residents, Medical Officers, Assistant Managers (Nurse): Up to 45 years
- Executives/Junior roles: 30–35 years
Reservation Details
Reservation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PWD, Ex-Servicemen, Disabled Ex-Servicemen is applicable as per Government of India rules. Backlog vacancies are also included.
