Educational Qualification

Assistant / Upper Division Clerk

  • Graduation from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale.
  • Graduation must have been completed within the prescribed duration of the course.
  • Proficiency in the use of Computers is mandatory.

Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer

  • Graduation with minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale from a recognized University.
  • OR Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale.
  • Diploma or Graduation should have been completed within the prescribed course duration.
  • One-year experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer.
  • Minimum English Stenography speed of 60 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in the use of Computers.
