Eligibility Criteria
- Research Staff: B.Ed (Special Education) / B.Ed / M.A. in Education / M.A. in Linguistics with 2 years’ experience in deaf education/ISL/early education; ISL skill; computer and English proficiency.
- Research Assistant: D.Ed (Special Education – HI) / DISLI / DTISL / ISL C Level or RCI-approved diploma with ISL skill and RCI CRR number; computer skills; 1-year experience desirable.
- Illustrator / Designer: 12th pass with diploma/certificate in illustration, graphic design, fine art, animation, or desktop publishing; proficiency in Adobe tools; ISL skill; prior design experience preferred.
- Deaf Teacher: Graduate with ISL C Level or DTISL Diploma recognized by RCI; knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint; RCI registration and 3 years’ teaching experience preferred.
Age Limit
Research Staff, Research Assistant, and Illustrator / Designer: up to 56 years; Deaf Teacher: up to 40 years. Age will be calculated as on 05 January 2026.

Reservation categories (UR/SC/ST/OBC) must be mentioned in the application form. Category-wise vacancies are tentative and may change.
Application Process
- Attend the walk-in interview at ISLRTC on 05 January 2026 at 10:00 AM.
- Carry filled and signed application form, CV, self-attested copies of age, qualification, and experience certificates.
- Bring original documents for verification.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Application Fees
No application fee is required for any post.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on a walk-in interview.
- Candidates will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
- Original certificates must be presented at the time of interview.
Other Important Information
- All positions are purely contractual and project-based.
- Engagement is for six months to one year or till the project ends.
- Vacancies may be changed or cancelled by ISLRTC.
- Experience will be counted after obtaining the essential qualification.
- Remuneration is consolidated as decided by the competent authority.
