Job Location & Salary Details
- Job Location: Anywhere in India (Refineries, Marketing, Pipelines, Business Development divisions, or overseas offices at the discretion of management).
- Employment Type: Full-time, Regular.
- Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 with initial basic pay of ₹50,000 per month.
- Approximate CTC: ₹17.7 Lakhs per annum (inclusive of Performance Related Pay - PRP).

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible.
- Educational Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering with specified specializations.
- Minimum Marks: General/EWS/OBC-NCL – 65%, SC/ST/PwBD – 55%.
- Institutions: Must be AICTE/UGC recognized.
- Final Year Candidates: Eligible if they can produce degree/mark sheet by 31st October 2025.
- Mode of Study: Part-time/Correspondence/Distance/Online degrees are not eligible.

Reservation Details
Reservation is provided as per Government of India rules for OBC(NCL), SC, ST, EWS, and PwBD categories.
- OBC(NCL) certificate must be issued on or after 01.04.2025.
- EWS certificate valid for FY 2025-26, based on income/assets of FY 2024-25.
- PwBD candidates: Minimum 40% permanent disability with valid certificate as per RPwBD Act 2016. UDID card mandatory.
- Certificates must be in English or Hindi. Otherwise, a translated copy must be provided.
Application Fees
- General/EWS/OBC(NCL): ₹500 + GST (Non-refundable).
- SC/ST/PwBD: Exempted (No fee).
Payment can be made through Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, UPI, IMPS, or Mobile Wallets. E-receipt will be generated upon successful payment.
Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – 100 MCQs (150 minutes, 0.25 negative marking per wrong answer).
- Section A: Domain Knowledge – 50 Questions
- Section B: General Aptitude – Quantitative Aptitude (20), Logical Reasoning (15), English Language (15)
- Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT)
- Personal Interview (PI)
Weightages: CBT – 85%, GD/GT – 5%, PI – 10%.
Minimum composite qualifying marks: General/EWS/OBC – 45%, SC/ST – 40%, PwBD – 30%.
Service Bond
- General: ₹3,00,000 for 3 years.
- EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwBD: ₹50,000 for 3 years.
Travel Reimbursement
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates: 3rd AC rail fare (or actual fare) for CBT.
- Eligible candidates for GD/PI: 2nd AC rail fare (or actual fare) for shortest route if distance ≥ 30 km.
