Application Process

1. Candidates must appear directly for the Walk-in Test / Interview on the scheduled date.
2. Applicants must bring a formal application in Form No. IRD/REC-4.
3. The application form can be downloaded from the IRD website.
4. Candidates must provide complete information regarding their educational qualifications, including the percentage of marks in each examination passed.
5. Applicants must also provide details of relevant work experience.
6. A recent passport-size photograph must be attached with the application.
7. Candidates must bring original academic and professional certificates for verification at the time of the interview.
8. Candidates already employed at the Institute / IRD will not be interviewed unless their application has been properly forwarded by their concerned establishment or section.

Reservation / Relaxation

• A relaxation of 5% marks may be granted to candidates belonging to the SC / ST categories.

Additional Important Instructions

• The appointment will be made purely on a contractual basis.
• The consolidated salary will be provided as per project norms.
• The appointment will be renewable annually or will remain valid until the duration of the project, whichever occurs earlier.
• In case a retired or superannuated government employee is selected, the salary will be fixed according to the prevailing IRD norms.
