Position and Salary Details
- Post: Senior Research Assistant (One Post)
- Salary: ₹50,000 + HRA (consolidated) per month
- Project Title: “Platform Cooperatives and Knowledge Commons: Synthesis, Framework, and Findings from Case Studies (Part II)”
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Economics or Social Sciences from a reputed institute or university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks.
Experience Required: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in research, data collection, or analysis.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience in conducting interviews with diverse stakeholders of medium to large-sized organizations.
- Experience in qualitative data analysis and handling interview data.
- Prior experience in qualitative research projects will be an added advantage.
Job Description
- Conduct field surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions with stakeholders of focal organizations.
- Transcribe and translate interview data, analyze data using coding software, and prepare draft reports.
- Undertake extensive travel across India for data collection and stakeholder interaction.
- Expenses for travel and stay at the field locations will be reimbursed as per institutional policy.
