Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities of Academic Assistants / Academic Associates include assisting faculty members in teaching (including evaluation, development of courses and teaching material, marking attendance, and evaluation of participation in class), invigilation duty, research and consultancy projects, MDPs, secretarial assistance, and other academic activities as assigned by the institute from time to time.

Salary Details

Position	Qualification	Stipend
Academic Assistant	Postgraduate with first class. Candidates with ACA, AICWA, B.Tech./B.E., MCA, or higher qualifications like M.Phil will also be considered.	Rs. 27,500/- per month (fresher). An increment of Rs. 1,500/- per year of relevant experience (subject to a maximum of Rs. 32,000/- per month).
Academic Associate	Ph.D. in relevant area.	Rs. 33,000/- per month. An increment of Rs. 2,000/- per year of relevant experience (subject to a maximum of Rs. 39,000/- per month).

Employment Type

Contractual appointment for a period of one year, renewable annually based on performance and institute requirements, with a maximum tenure of three years.

Eligibility Criteria

Academic Assistant: First-class Postgraduate degree with preference for candidates having M.Phil or higher qualifications. ACA, AICWA, B.Tech./B.E., MCA holders are also eligible.
