About Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS)

Job Description and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be employed under the Foundation for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development (FIED), IIM Kashipur. The Business Executive will serve as a multi-disciplinary resource responsible for supporting startup incubation activities and program management.

• General Responsibilities: Preparation of policy documents, creation of training calendars, identification of suitable resource persons, and managing startup advertisements.
• Startup Support and Coordination: Assist in identifying and selecting promising startups for incubation; coordinate with startups to understand their needs and facilitate access to mentors, industry experts, and investors.
• Program Management: Manage daily operations of the incubation center; organize workshops, training sessions, and events; monitor progress of incubated startups and prepare periodic reports.
• Networking and Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, industry partners, and academic institutions. Represent the incubation center at industry events and conferences.
